This service starts with the staking of all course features including the clubhouse, tees, fairways, greens, bunkers and more. It evolves to include hiring all the contractors that will construct the course, briefing them on the plan, determining their work schedules and the overall schedules for the phases on construction and completion, and coordinating and overseeing projects directly in the field.

You determine our level of involvement in the management of construction of the course. We are comfortable working with other vendors, and have done so on several occasions. But we much prefer taking the lead, and giving you a turnkey operation. The most important thing for us is that you are comfortable with every aspect of the project.
