Incorporated in February 1988, Gilmore Parsons, Inc. is an Arizona corporation providing consulting services in the fields of landscape architecture, land use planning, and golf course design. Gilmore Parsons' main objective is to establish long term relationships with our clients. The services we provide include such disciplines and specialized fields of interest as: Site Investigation and Research; General Land Planning and Detailed Site Planning for Master Planned Communities and Industrial Parks; Landscape and Irrigation Design; Parks and Recreation Design; Golf Course Design & Feasibility Studies; Hardscape Design, Fountains and Water Features; Rezoning Services; and Construction Contract Administration.
Jack Gilmore, President of Gilmore Parsons, Inc., has extensive professional experience with developer oriented projects as a registered landscape architect and land planner. Since 1979, Mr. Gilmore has been providing these services to a variety of industrial, commercial and residential developers. Gilmore Parsons (GP) has also established relationships with many architectural and engineering firms providing design services as members of project design teams.

Steve Parsons, Vice President of Gilmore Parsons and a registered landscape architect. As a principal and lead project manager, Steve directs the majority of landscape architecture associated with our commercial, office, and industrial projects. Steve is responsible for the design, production, and construction administration of numerous landscape and land planning projects. Steve also assists with general office management and the coordination of staff assignments.

Ed Lorden is a registered landscape architect whose professional experience has focused primarily on residential master planned communities and large-scale campus landscape projects. Ed is an experienced project manager involved in, landscape and hardscape design and construction administration, as well as assisting with site planning for residential and commercial projects. Ed has been with the firm 3 years.

Michael DelGiorgio is a registered landscape architect who has been a member of the firm for six years and currently provides project management on all our master planned residential projects. Mike provides a variety of production skills including conceptual design, construction documents, and field coordination. In addition, Mike is assisting with routing studies and construction documents for several of our golf course projects.
