SunRidge Canyon: 900-acre residential golf course community

Gilmore Parsons prepared the landscape and irrigation design for this 5-mile streetscape. The design emphasis was to restore the native landscape character and strategically replace a large number of salvaged plant material. We have since been retained to provide landscape design services on an additional seven parcels that have built single family homes.
Legend Trail Clubhouse
Location: Scottsdale, Arizona
Client: Legend Trail Country Club
This new clubhouse was designed to take advantage of the scenic views over the course and south into the Phoenix valley area. Gilmore Parsons prepared the landscape and hardscape design for this clubhouse and the maintenance building. The planting design emphasized the use of salvaged trees and the spectacular natural landscape.
