Rancho La Loma Medical Campus
Location: Litchfield Road & Camelback Road, Litchfield Park, AZ

Gilmore Parsons was selected to design and prepare the landscape construction documents associated with the first and second phases for the proposed 80-acre master planned medical campus and care facility located in Litchfield Park, Arizona. We have completed the landscape construction documents for the first 20-acre phase of the campus. The second phase, including the streetscape and master irrigation plan for the entire campus, will begin in July of 2002. Gilmore Parsons will provide field observation services to approve the installation of the project landscape associated with phases one and two. At this point in the project, the client is extremely happy with the process and the results. We anticipate an additional three to four phases with a large amount of common area open space as part of our future services.

Mayo Clinic Scottsdale
Location: 134th St. & Shea Blvd.; Scottsdale, AZ
Jack Gilmore is the Landscape Architect of Record for the initial phase of the Mayo Clinic, the design of which has established the master landscape theme for the future phases of this project. The first phase was completed in 1986. Gilmore Parsons was a member of the Project Team under Kitchell Contractors that won a competitive design bid for an underground parking structure with plaza. Our area of responsibility was the design for all of the surface improvements which included site circulation, project landscape and hardscape. Construction of this project was completed on schedule in October of 1994. In August of 1995, Gilmore Parsons was asked once again to participate in a design-build competition for the new Administration Building to be located on the west end of the campus. Kitchell Contractors requested our assistance and our Team did win that competition. The entire project was completed in September 1996.
