Cotton Center Business Park
Location: SE of 40th Street & Cotton Center Blvd., Phoenix, AZ
Client: Balmer Architectural Group
These 12 office buildings were split into five phases. The fourth phase is currently under construction with an anticipated completion date sometime in the fall. Gilmore Parsons was part of the team that prepared all five phases of the development master plan for this 64-acre commercial park. We prepared the onsite landscape construction documents for all phases, with the fifth phase expected to begin construction this December. As a major partner in the development of this site, Gilmore Parsons designed roughly 25% of the Cotton Center Business Park.

Spectrum Astro: Technology office and manufacturing campus.
Location: Gilbert, AZ
Client: Deutsch Associates
Working as members of the project design team, Gilmore Parsons prepared the landscape and irrigation design and assisted with the site planning and hardscape layout. Our staff assisted with the selection of material and coordinated the final site grading and installation of the landscape and irrigation.

Simula: Technology office and manufacturing facility.
Location: Gilbert, AZ
Client: Simula & Deutsch Associates
Working as members of the project design team, Gilmore Parsons prepared the landscape and irrigation design and assisted with the hardscape layout. Our staff assisted with the selection of material and coordinated the final site grading and installation of the landscape.

Maxwell Development: Office Building.
Location: Perimeter Center Scottsdale, Arizona Client: Patrick Hayes Architects As leaders on the project design team, Gilmore Parsons prepared the native plant inventory, landscape and irrigation design, and assisted with the hardscape layout. We also assisted with the selection of material and coordinated the final site grading and installation of the landscape. Gilmore Parsons provided construction administration, as well.

Papa Johns: Office / Distribution Facility.
Location: Gilbert, AZ
Client: Dickinson Architects
As members of the project design team, Gilmore Parsons prepared the landscape and irrigation design and assisted with the hardscape layout. We also assisted selected the material and coordinated the final site grading and installation of the landscape for our favorite pizza maker.

Emerald Center
Location: NEC of Interstate 10 & Warner Road; Tempe, AZ
Gilmore Parsons crafted the Master Landscape Theme for this 160-acre mixed use office complex. We processed the preliminary design, as well as the construction documentation, through the City of Tempe Planning Department. The first phase has been installed, and Gilmore Parsons continues to move the project forward by providing field coordination. In addition to the project landscape, we participated in the design of the monumentation and screen walls.
