Copper Basin: Residential Master Planned Community
Location: Hunt Highway and Copper Basin Boulevard, Pinal County, AZ
Client: Paladin Group
Gilmore Parsons was selected to design and prepare the streetscape theme, entrance monuments, and assist with the logo design for the 815-acre master planned community situated in the southeast Phoenix valley. The first phase of this project has been initiated, and Gilmore Parsons is responsible for the construction documents for the planting plans, irrigation plans, and entrance features. We will also provide field observation services and approve the installation of the project landscape. We anticipate an additional three to four phases with a large public park space as part of our future services.

Pecan Creek: Residential Master Planned Community
Location: Gantzel Road & Pecan Creek Blvd., Queen Creek, AZ
Client: Cornerstone Realty & Development
Gilmore Parsons was selected to design and prepare the streetscape theme, entrance monuments, and assist with the logo design for the 840-acre master planned community located in the budding community of Queen Creek, Arizona. The first phase of this project has been initiated, and Gilmore Parsons is responsible for the construction documents for the planting plans, irrigation plans, and entrance features. We will also provide field observation services to approve the installation of the project landscape. We anticipate an additional three to four phases with a large common area open space along Queen Creek Wash as part of our future services.

White Tank Mountain Park Ranch: Residential Master Planned Community
Location: Citrus Road & Olive Avenue, Maricopa County, AZ
Client: Recorp, Inc.
Gilmore Parsons was selected to design and prepare the streetscape and open space landscape theme, entrance monuments, project signs, and perimeter walls for the proposed 620-acre master planned community located in Maricopa County, Arizona. The conceptual plans for the are complete, and the first phase of construction will begin this fall. Upon notice, Gilmore Parsons will be responsible for the construction documents for the planting plans, irrigation plans, and entrance features. We will also provide field observation services to approve the installation of the project landscape. We anticipate an additional three to four phases with a large common area open space and equestrian trail system as part of our on going services.

Richmond American Homes: Residential Neighborhoods
Location: Phoenix Metropolitan Valley
Gilmore Parsons has been providing ongoing design services for Richmond American Homes on a variety of residential projects. These projects can include both land planning and landscape architecture. In all situations, we provide landscape design services for streetscapes, entrance features, common area open spaces, and project screen walls.
