Every new plot of land is a blank canvas to Gilmore Parsons. Each land parcel an individual. We look at each new development in terms of its potential. Land Planning begins with research to determine what type of project (commercial, residential, etc,) best suites the individual piece of land. We take the master plan through a series of approvals to make sure all parties are completely comfortable before construction begins. GP will also handle all the zoning and development paperwork.
