General Land Use Planning
GP conducts thorough market research to determine the best use for the real estate you bring to us. We make thoughtful conclusions and recommendations for how to divide the land into parcels and how best to allocate those parcels. Once all parties agree to a this general plan, we move steadily forward with planning the details of the development.

Detailed Site Planning
You and the city have agreed on the plan for the site. Now the land is planned in detail. Building placement, walkways, parking, entrances and exits and all other such details are planned in detail for maximum profitably, usability and potential.

Rezoning/Variances
The future uses for the site may require additional paperwork to be drawn up and filed. GP handles all such administration to move forward with the agreed-upon plan.

Design Guidelines
Once all the plans are agreed upon and all the appropriate paperwork is filed, GP works with you to determine the environment of the new park or community. All the design details from fences to fountains to ferns are determined and guidelines are set. This ensures that once parcels are sold for development of offices or homes are whatever, that the environment of the overall area is cohesive and harmonious.
